Secondary Crystals, built on smaller of shattered crystal shards cannot produce their own power, but can extract and distribute the energy of a full scale crystal from further distances. Their purpose is to extend the primary region of the Power Pylon structure but has to be placed inside it's radius, where it will form a radius of it's own.
